Blazer Jobs is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive Illinois school team in Burbank, Illinois, for the 20252026 school year.

About the Role
As an SLP, youll provide therapy and assessments for students across multiple grade levels. Youll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives comprehensive support that promotes communication development and classroom success.
You will:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with IEP teams to set and achieve student goals
- Provide consultation and training for teachers and parents
- Support an inclusive learning environment that values growth and progress
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist License (required)
- CCC-SLP certification or eligibility
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and administrators
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $45$52 per hour (based on experience and certification)
- Full-time W-2 contract | 37.5 hours per week
